You are provided guidance and psychoeducation to develop coping skills to improve emotional intelligence and regulation, problem-solving skills and trust in yourself to navigate the twists and turns of life. Therapy can also be very helpful during any major life changes, such as moving, getting a new job, new relationship, divorce or end of relationship, legal issues/probation, physical changes or medical diagnoses, providing care for a love one, becoming an empty-nester or entering your golden years.

Our practice provides inclusive care for individuals of all identities and backgrounds and LGBTQ+ specific support. Our therapists utilize various therapeutic modalities to effectively facilitate counseling services. Each provider is unique in specific training of various modalities, yet all person-centered to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
